Order Timeline
Because of the custom nature of our product, we produce the art prints when ordered. General timelines are as follows:
Gallery Wrap Canvas: Usually ships within 3-4 weeks after ordering.
Watercolor Fine Art: Usually ships within 3-4 weeks after ordering
Lustre Fine Art: Usually ships within 1-2 weeks after ordering. Due to mounting, 16x20's and larger take up to 2 weeks before shipping.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards, Pay Pal, personal checks, and money orders. The business name that will appear on your credit card statement is The Image Maker.
If you would like to place an order via check or money order, please send your payment along with your "Ship To" address and phone number to the address below. Please don't forget to add the appropriate shipping and tax charges. (Please note: orders placed outside the state of California require no sales tax.)
California orders are assessed 8.75% sales tax

Gift Orders
If you place an order to be sent to someone other than yourself, the recipient will receive the order with a packing slip that does not show dollar total.
Return Policy
We aim to please. If you are not happy with an order, please let us know and we'll do whatever we can to make it right. Products purchased from Visual Psalms/the Image Maker are returnable when
- Product is returned in re-sellable conditions
- Return is received within 14 days of purchase
- Return has a RETURN CODE on label (call or email to get his before returning)
A check will be mailed for all returns minus shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable.
